The prints and paintings that you will find here have emerged from the spiralling journey of rewilding. The process of creating them roots me ever deeper into belonging with the Earth and her seasons. Each like an anchor, helps me find a sense of stability even in stormy times.
They are reflections of encounters with the wild, when calm and enchantment have returned me to myself. Moments often touched by the Otherworld, where myth and story thread through an experience and I catch the faint whisper of a song carried on the wind or echoing beneath my feet.

Perhaps my images can act as reminders to take a breath, to rest, to seek solace and rejuvenation in Nature, even amidst our busy, distracted lives.

MEET THE ARTIST
My name is Rosalie Kohler, and I am an artist, writer, yoga nidra facilitator and mother of a grown son. I am from the British Isles but I live in the Black Forest in Germany. My home is held by a small valley with forested hillsides that catch the seams of clouds after a thunderstorm. The land beneath my feet is supported by Gneiss, a form of metamorphic rock. I have been through many metamorphoses to reach the point where creativity is the hearth of my life.
