Meet the artist
My name is Rosalie, and I am a self-taught artist from Britain living in the Black Forest in Germany. My home is held by a small valley with forested hillsides that catch the seams of clouds after a thunderstorm. I share my days with my partner, our 19-year-old son and our highly sensitive rescue dog, Lumina. The land beneath my feet is supported by Gneiss, a form of metamorphic rock, and I feel I have been through many metamorphoses to reach the point where creativity is the hearth of my life.
